Satellite Dreaming - Revisited

Satellite Dreaming was a TV documentary that I co-produced with CAAMA in 1991. It told the history of Indigenous media in Australia and showed the beginnings of Aboriginal media organisations and activities in Australia’s Centre. I have maintained a strong interest in the area since then - returning to Alice Springs on a research trip in 2011. This site, as it develops, will be a record of my – and other’s – continuing fascination with the subject.
