After Nature : The Dynamic Automation Of Technical Objects

The dominance of information technologies in contemporary culture has led to the widespread use of algorithmic processing that has transformed our conception of automation. It has been argued that the information age reveals a condition in which the overlap between automation and autonomy has been triggered by the speed of algorithmic procedures of evaluation, control, and decision-making.
