Produced to coincide with New Contemporaries' 65th anniversary, this DVD compilation selected by world-renowned artists Ed Atkins, Harold Offeh and Catherine Yass, reveals the rich history of artists' moving image in New Contemporaries between 1968 and 2010. Accompanying the DVD compilation is a publication with contributions from Anna Kontopoulou and Mike Sperlinger, as well as Nick Danziger, Heather Phillipson, Aura Satz and Greta Alfaro, providing a fascinating insight in to the radical beginnings of artists' moving image and its contemporary importance within the UK today.

Kirsty Ogg initiated and commissioned the New Contemporaries Moving Image 1968 – 2010 project, leading the research into film, video and moving image work in the UK from the 1970s onwards and led the appointment of the selection panel of Ed Atkins, Harold Offeh and Catherine Yass who were engaged as selectors to review the moving image work exhibited in New Contemporaries 1968-2010. She also edited the text, writing the introduction and commissioning an essay from Mike Sperlinger.
