UPRISINGS (troppo lento)

A live iteration of my 23-minute 4-channel soundwork commissioned by Céline Condorelli as part of her residency in Room 31 of the National Gallery followed by a Q&A. Condorelli invited me to produce the sound element of her installation Pentimenti: The Corrections. Emerging from each of the 4 grates in the floor, UPRISINGS (troppo lento) brings into the gallery space the archival sonic materials of historic and contemporary protests that regularly fill the nearby areas outside of the gallery interwoven, with various specific musics, dialogues, under and overscored by my original synthesised soundscapes.
