In this presentation, I invite you an exploration of dance as a vital art; vital in the sense of being essential and vital in the sense of being life-giving. I participate in the world through dance and this eco-kinetic experience allows me to explore the relational possibilities of becoming to support the health of the individual and the health of the planet.
