Costumes, props and video documentation of Post Workers Theatre’s consciousness raising custom: Autohoodening were displayed within the “Animal Guising and the Kentish Hooden Horse” Exhibition curated by James Frost at Maidstone Museum.
As part of the ‘Folk Customs Now’ Day on the 29th April 2023 Post Workers Theatre staged a walkabout performance on the streets of Maidstone and delivered a mummers’ style play in the Museum. The event concluded with a Screening of the folk opera ‘AutoHoodening: The Rise of Captain Swing” by Post Workers Theatre and Infinite Opera.
