“Little House” was a site-responsive installation and performance that Alexa Reid designed and directed, commissioned for a special event at the National Portrait Gallery, Washington. The project drew upon notions of ‘home’ as a socially and politically loaded site in dialogue with industry and the wider climate crisis. This project is part of an ongoing body of work in Reid’s practice that looks at developing methods for unlocking new dramaturgies through interaction with existing collections and archives.
