This episode we are really excited to be joined by Ru and Saundra from Em–Dash, and Betty and Baki from Sold Out Publishing to discuss what it means to operate across and between the disciplines of ‘Designer, Maker, Publisher.’ Here, we discuss creative starting points and how they may come from reference lists, non-existent books, and angry rants. We also speak about how to operate with very little money, as well as the possibility of an Em–Dash food truck.

These panels aim to carry on some of the connections and conversations made at our inaugural publishing fair at Lewisham Arthouse back in February, by bringing together publishers, designers, writers, performers and librarians to speak about their practices.
