Reflections on Process in Sound is an open-access online journal which was set up by Iris Garrelfs in 2012 as part of her AHRC funded PhD research in process into sound arts practice. It aims to provide a platform where artists from a variety of backgrounds (academic and non-academic) can share how they work, what their practices are influenced by and how their ideas manifest themselves within the final artwork. Although the journal focuses on sound related activities it also branches out into adjacent territories.
